The mission of the Wisconsin Council on Long Term Care is to advise the Department of Health Services on the statewide implementation of Family Care for elderly people and adults with disabilities.

On this site you will find information about the charge to the Council and its members, affiliated committees and task forces, agendas and minutes of meetings, and the goals and guiding principles of long term care reform. When they are issued, you will also be able to access reports and recommendations of the Council.

In addition, you can find archived information about the former Council on Long Term Care Reform and its predecessor Council on Long Term Care, and links to several sites that provide more information about information and services for elderly people and people with disabilities in Wisconsin.
